Today an amazing solar eclipse has been seen in Xi’an after ages. Young and old people of Xi’an made crowds on the roof, in the yard and in the street to see it. There are superstitions about lunar and solar eclipses all over the world and they are different in different countries. In China, aneclipse means a dog eats the sun or moon. So, people should beat the drums to make noise and scare the dog away.
